Returns are free and easy for our customers.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Once a return request is received, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Print label (No printer, no problem. We can ship you a return label for $1, which is deducted from your refund).
- Affix the label to the front of the package. Please remember to cover up any old addresses and barcodes.
- Drop off the package to your local post office, they'll take care of the rest.
Save a trip to the post office! We offer free package pickup upon request.
Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
